1. About the Service

Sober Society is a digital platform focused on sobriety support, wellbeing, community interaction, and personal growth tools. Some features are free, while others may require payment, subscription, or premium membership. We may update, improve, suspend, discontinue, or modify features at any time.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old (or older where local law requires), have legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and comply with applicable laws.

3. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and accept responsibility for account activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, Pricing & Refunds

Paid subscriptions may be offered via Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions may auto-renew until cancelled. We reserve the right to change prices, increase fees, add paid tiers, remove promotions, or adjust pricing due to costs, inflation, taxes, market conditions, or business needs.
